We selectively enable business models of our digital retailers while ensuring full protection of all contents. We promotw prominent placement and promotion of contents within the digital retailers’ platforms to help driver end user interest. How Diva.AG works

The typical sequence

We license on demand rights from producers and distributors. From there we compile all metadata for every piece of content. We normalize and store the content. We then sub- license the content to digital retailers within the business model, time and territorial limiations our suppliers have set. We then encode the content according to the retailer requirements and ingest the content and metadata.

Alternatively we deliver the contents from our own streaming servers and deliver the metadata and business rules via our API into third party environments.

Once uploaded, we perform online retail marketing for selected contents. Finally we collect transaction reports from our digital retailers which we normalize to account revenues to our content partners.

What contents we look for

Diva.AG partners with producers and distributors of quality video assets. These can be full length movies, TV serials or new short formats. We prefer to offer contents in their original language, but find an English translation or sub- titles increase the marketability to foreign audiences.

Who are our digital partners

Diva.AG works with emergent digital “on demand” retail platforms which are typically operated by fixed line or mobile telecommunication companies, device manufacturers, cable companies or websites and digital retailers. We securely distribute contents to partners in selected geographies or globally as our rights permit.
